How To Consign at Bella Grande

Items accepted daily, no appointment is required; however, if you have more than 30 items and don't want to wait
if there are other customers in the store, please make an appointment. Items We Will Accept:
Items We Do NOT Accept:
- Quality women's plus size clothing, sizes 14 and up
- Intimate apparel WITH TAGS ONLY
- Special Occasion, includes Mother of the Bride and Prom (spring only)
- Swimwear (year round)
- Accessories such as belts, scarves, handbags and jewelry
- Shoes (worn once or twice)
- Wedding Dresses and Accessories
- Intimate Apparel unless NEW WITH TAGS
How to Prepare:
Pre-sort your items prior to bringing them in to ensure there are no items that won't meet our standards (stained, ripped, out of date, wrong season). Select your in-season better brands* for consigning. Freshly launder and press those you wish to consign. There is no limit to the number of items you may bring for consideration. If you have a carload, let us know, and we'll bring our rolling rack out to your vehicle. Items must be brought in on hangers or be wrinkle free upon arrival. Your hangers are returned to you if you wish. Items such as jeans or soft knits may be folded in tubs. NO GARBAGE BAGS PLEASE! Items with odors, stains, damage or excess wear will not be accepted. We do not accept vintage or dated items. Items left with us later found to be unacceptable are automatically donated. It is your responsibility to present items in sellable condition.
* We do not accept discount brands such as Basic Editions, Faded Glory, Jaclyn Smith, GEORGE, etc.
We will not repair, iron, steam, or otherwise prepare unsellable items for consignment.
Remember - the better your items look, the better they sell! Buyers want clothing that looks new.
When You Arrive:
When you bring your items in, we will select and price items that are best suited to our customers. Please understand if we cannot accept an item. We will ask you to review and sign the Consignment Agreement while we do a quick presort of your items.
The consignment period is 45 days. You will receive a receipt stating the date your consignment period ends, along with a copy of the agreement if requested.
BELLA GRANDE sets the selling price based on supply, demand, quality, condition, and style. If you have pricing concerns, please discuss with us BEFORE you leave, not after your items are tagged. Your items will be entered into our computerized database, priced, tagged and put on the selling floor within 48 hours. An itemized printed inventory is available upon request within 48 hours.
If you would like to retrieve any unsold items at the end of your consignment period, you must do so within 7 days of the date you were given. Items not reclaimed within 7 days become the property of BELLA GRANDE to dispose of as we see fit, including sale or donation. Reclaiming consignors are responsible for locating, and removing from the sales floor, any unsold items they wish to have back.
During the Consignment Period:
Your items will be reduced by 50% after 30 days. During your consignment period, you may track the status of your items by logging onto www.myresaleweb.com. You may also visit the store to check the status of your account and collect any monies owed to you. Payment:
Payment for sold items is made upon request. Stop by anytime for monies due you. We do not mail checks as a matter of course, but will mails checks upon request and debit your account a $1 fee. You may check the status of your account online at www.myresaleweb.com
We will do our best to safeguard your items, but we are not responsible for damage or loss.
